It will be realistic and achievable given the resources you currently have.


I also provide two months of coaching to ensure your team is fully-equipped to put the plan into action. 


Your investment starts at $10,000 plus HST. Additional coaching is available at $1,000 plus HST per month.

Grant writing can unlock critical sources of funding. But it’s also time-consuming and can easily slip to the bottom of your to-do list. My grant writing services can help secure the funding your organization needs, while you focus on the day-to-day.


I can prepare and submit applications on your behalf. I take the time to understand your organization’s mission, and work closely with you to craft a compelling application tailored to the specific requirements of each funding opportunity. I can also identify potential new sources of funding. 


I will liaise with the funder when necessary and deal with any last-minute changes or challenges with the submission process. I know there can be issues with portals on deadline days and I will ensure your application is submitted on time. I’ve never missed a deadline! I will highlight the uniqueness of your organization and project so you stand out, giving you that all important competitive edge.

  • How many hours do you work?

    I don’t track hours as I focus on deliverables.  This means that you’ll never have to pay more than the monthly fee as stated in the contract. 

  • Does the fundraising plan include how much money you will raise for us?

    I can estimate how much certain projects or programs might grow with the support of new systems and processes, but I can’t tell you exactly how much money you will raise.

  • If I hire you for grant writing, will you work on commission?

    No. My fee is based solely on the amount of effort required to prepare the application.


    I have a long track record of writing successful grants, but there are many reasons why a funder will award one organization and not another. For example, some funders prefer to spread grants across the country and others are unlikely to award first-time applicants. While I am committed to submitting the strongest proposal possible on your behalf, I can’t guarantee that it will be successful. 




  • Can you guarantee my return on investment?

    No. there are so many factors that can affect the success of a fundraising program, and I can’t control all of them. For organizations that have never done any fundraising, it takes more time to build a program, especially in terms of individual giving. I can tell you that most of my clients renew for a second term.
